As we know that Kiku Sharda aka Palak of Comedy Nights With Kapil was
accused of hurting the religious sentiment by mimicking Gurmeet Ram
Rahim Singh, a case was filed against the actor and later on, he was
taken into custody and sent for a 14-day judicial custody under IPC
section 295 A. The arrest has been made on the complaint of a Dera Sacha
follower named Uday Singh.
