We all encounter failure on the path of success and yes I also encounter one but I don't make my failure my stop singe for life I take step forward.

1-Mhatma Ghandhi(Bapu)
What better example can there be/an average student,Gandhiji passed his matriculation exam with difficulty.After studying law.he failed at establishing his practice in Bombay
and was turned down for a part time job as a high school teacher.
2-Elvis Presley
After Elvis Presley sang at the Grand Ole Opry,the oldest continuous radio
programmer in United State,in1954,he was told to stick to his day job of driving trucks.
3.Albert Einstein
When Albert Einstine was young,his parents thought he was mentally challenged.His grades in school were so poor that a teacher asked him to quit,saying,"Einstin,you will never amount to anything!"Einstin incidentally failed the entrance exam of Swiss Polytechnic Institute.
4-Steven Spielberg
Steven Spielberg dropped out of junior high school.He was persuaded to came back and was placed in learning-disable class.He only lasted a month and than dropped out of school forever.
5-Soichiro Honda
Soichiro Honda was turned down by Toyota Motors Corporation during a job interview for the post of engineer after WW2.He continued to be jobless until his neighbors started buying his home made scooter.Subsequently,he set out his own to start his own company Honda,the world largest motorcycle manufacturer.
